On the afternoon of December 20, 2023, the "Urban Village Renovation Policy Interpretation Sharing Session and 2023 Guangzhou Municipal House Expropriation Association Annual Meeting" was held grandly at the Guangzhou Yuexiu International Convention Center. Over a hundred participants, including representatives from the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Municipal Government's Expropriation Office, relevant industry associations, experts and scholars, as well as member units of the association, attended the meeting. Comrade Zhang Jianming, Director of the Housing Management Division and First-Level Researcher at the Guangzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, delivered a concluding speech for the event.
