On the afternoon of May 8, 2024, Liu Jianjun, the secretary of the Qingyuan City Qingxin District Party Committee, led a delegation to visit Fanghua International's headquarters. They gained an in-depth understanding of the products, business operations, as well as the planning and progress of the Qingyuan Water World project. They also exchanged ideas with Fanghua International's management team and provided feedback on issues and solutions encountered during the project's advancement. Fanghua International's Executive President Wu Zhujun provided a detailed introduction to Liu Jianjun and his delegation about Fanghua's "Air, Sunshine, Water" life health ecosystem.
Secretary Liu personally entered the chamber to experience the cloud-intelligent air purification and sterilization system, as well as the phototherapy effects.
During the symposium, Secretary Liu expressed that after extensive research and verification, Fanghua Group had chosen to invest and construct the "Digital Water World" project in Sankeng Town, Qingxin District, Qingyuan City. This project had endowed traditional industries with higher technological and market value, serving as an example of vigorously developing the real economy and further promoting local economic growth and employment. He hoped that both parties would continue to accelerate the cooperation process based on the common goal of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.
He Chengsen, Director of Fanghua International, reported on the progress of the Water World project on behalf of Fanghua Group to the Qingxin District Party Committee and Government, as well as the items that required government support during the project's advancement. He stated that Fanghua Group had boarded the express train of new-quality productivity and was committed to building the most beautiful factory in the world amidst green mountains and clear waters. Upon completion and delivery, it would not only be a factory but also a local attraction, a popular destination for check-ins, and an industrial landmark. He believed that through close cooperation between the two parties, Fanghua would achieve high-quality development in the future.
Subsequently, leaders from the Qingyuan City Natural Resources Bureau Qingxin Branch, Qingxin District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism, and Sports Bureau, and Qingxin District Land Reserve Center all spoke, addressing and clarifying various matters related to the project's advancement. They expressed their commitment to fully cooperating and supporting Fanghua Group, and ensuring that government services were provided effectively.
It is understood that Fanghua Zhongding's "Digital Water World" project is a comprehensive industrial project worth hundreds of billions of yuan, integrating modern technology-based water production, new cultural tourism, new health, new commerce and trade, and new finance. With water as the main thread, it forms a world-class industrial new platform through water technology, big health, finance, business exhibitions, and cultural tourism. According to the current planning, the overall design of the project adopts the form and structure of lotus flowers from Macao, and the technology-based water production center will consist of five spaceship-shaped water production workshops. Each spaceship workshop occupies an area of 3,000 square meters, with the entire factory area covering approximately 200 acres. The maximum daily production capacity is about 30 million bags, and the annual production capacity is about 10 billion bags (393ml per bag). The entire water production center will realize digital and intelligent management. Upon completion, it will become the most technologically advanced high-end water production base globally.
Through the concerted efforts of Fanghua International and the Qingxin District Government of Qingyuan City, the "Digital Water World" project will fully utilize the local high-quality resources and develop the economy, boost popularity, and stimulate consumption according to local conditions, truly transforming lush green mountains and clear waters into gold and silver mines, and writing a new chapter in government-enterprise cooperation.
